It’s important to put the oil in first so the meat doesn’t stick to the bottom of the slow cooker.
Spicy Rosemary Guinness Chicken
- 8 Chicken Legs
- 8 Garlic Cloves (Peeled)
- 3 tbsp Dried Rosemary
- 4 tbsp Habanero Infused Olive Oil (or 3 tbsp Olive Oil and 1 tbsp of your favorite hot sauce)
- 1 bottle Guinness (or your favorite dark beer)
- Drizzle the bottom of slow cooker with oil or oil/hot sauce mix. Arrange chicken so that each leg touches the bottom of the pan. Add rosemary and garlic cloves, then pour in beer. Cook on high for 2-4 hours. Chicken should be tender and loose from the bone when finished.
